retreat will be held Friday through Sunday May
14-16, 2010 at Cedar
Creek Conference Center, New Haven, MO.
Non-members welcome.

with the 2010 retreat, the retreat will no longer be handled
through the guild treasurer. Connie Kukal
at Knit and
Caboodle has taken over as retreat coordinator
and registration/checks will be mailed directly to Connie

Guild member Beth Brown hosted National Alpaca Farms Days
at Odelia
Alpaca Farms 8349 Old Lebanon Troy Rd, Troy,
IL 62294 (just East of St. Louis). Demonstrations in dry
felting, spinning and knitting. Her Odelia by Design
display room was set up with multiple vendors. Lots of roving,
yarns and other items for sale. Great stuff, great place,
great time! Hours: Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 10-4. Also
offering hand spun yarn, hand spun and hand knit sweaters,
